Once you’ve signed into Partner Center, select Membership and then Membership offers. You will see an option to purchase a Microsoft Action Pack subscription here, and once you have purchased it, you can choose either LAP or MAP from the Benefits workspace.
Microsoft Action Pack for Smaller Microsoft Partners
While becoming a part of the Microsoft Cloud Partner Program has no fee, the Microsoft Action Pack costs $475 USD annually, which is still a more cost-effective solution for smaller Microsoft Partners than becoming a Solutions Partner, which costs $4730 USD annually.
